Preparing for your sessions

While your sessions are being composed and reviewed, here are the simple conditions that make a real difference — five minutes of reading, weeks of effect.

The right time

Pick a moment when no one needs you: in the evening before sleep, or a quiet part of the day. Hypnosis asks for ~25 uninterrupted minutes — not squeezed between two things. Never while driving, never while doing something else: that's the one absolute rule.

The right place

Somewhere you feel safe and won't be interrupted: bedroom, sofa, even your parked car. Let people around you know, switch your phone to airplane mode — the session is downloaded, it doesn't need a connection.

Headphones, always

Your sessions use stereo and calibrated soundscapes: earphones, even basic ones, completely change the immersion. Set the volume BEFORE you start — the voice should be comfortable, never loud.

Position

Lying down or well settled in an armchair, head supported, hands resting. Cover yourself lightly: the body cools down a little when it relaxes deeply. If you fall asleep during an evening session, that's fine — your ear keeps listening.

The right expectations

Hypnosis is neither sleep nor loss of control: it's a natural state of attention, the one you know when a film absorbs you. You hear everything, you remain yourself. Some people feel a lot from the first listen, others gradually — both are normal.

Consistency makes the result

One session listened to ten times is worth more than ten sessions listened to once. Your program is built on spaced listening, day after day — repetition is what installs the change, not the intensity of a single listen.

Before the session

Avoid alcohol and stimulants in the hours before — they blur exactly the state the session works to install. A bathroom break, a glass of water, and you're ready.

The limits, said simply

HypN is a wellbeing companion: it does not replace your doctor, therapy, or any treatment. Epilepsy, psychotic or dissociative disorders, severe heart conditions: seek medical advice before starting.
